The pelvis & hips house the biggest bones and muscles in the body so can cause the biggest ripple effect throughout the rest of the body – by this I mean that if there is an imbalance, or if the hips & pelvis aren’t functioning correctly, then this can cause problems further out, ie the knees, shoulders etc. It is therefore crucial that we strengthen and mobilise the hips & pelvis so that they can provide the optimal support and stability. X
