In yoga we tend to use our hands and wrists A LOT. This can lead to fatigue and sometimes stress / niggles / injuries which can be very frustrating. In this class we won’t be spending anytime in positions that put pressure on our wrist joints, such as Downward Dog, Table Top, and Plank. It’s the perfect class if you still want to move and groove, but need to give your wrists a break. X
