We are so delighted to be holding our second Yoga and Wellness Retreat at this truly magical location in the stunning French countryside. Come and join us for an extra-long weekend, making time for self-love, healing, and honouring your most authentic self. Your experienced hosts, Milly and Rachel, will support you in transforming and overcoming anything that is holding you back from shining at your absolute brightest. 

7.30am – 8.00am: Optional Sunrise Meditation

8.00am – 8.30am: Juice and Herbal Tea

8.30am – 9.00am: Guided Meditation and Journaling

9.00am – 10.15am: Energising Vinyasa Flow

10.30pm – 12.00pm: Deliciously Nutritious Brunch

12.00pm – 3.00pm: Free time to explore the beautiful surroundings / lie by the pool / play tennis / massage

3.30pm – 4.00pm: Afternoon Snack and Herbal Tea

4.30pm – 6.00pm: Relaxing Yin / Restorative Practice

7.00pm– 8.30pm: Feast

I think I am quite old fashioned when it came to yoga as I naively thought it was just for girls. But when I became ill and got recommended yoga by the doctor, I thought I would give it a try, so I booked a class with Milly and never looked back. She has such a calming way about her and really encourages you every step of the way. I had always been interested in practicing yoga but had found it difficult to access as so many classes begin with advanced moves. However, when I started to learn with Milly, her entry level classes helped guide me and made my practice more enjoyable.
