In this class we will be working through a few rounds of Surya (Sun) Namaskar (Salutation) A and B. We will use modifications and slowly build up. I hope that this class will provide you with some building blocks if you are looking to start a home practice – it’s amazing how much you can transform a flow by just adding on small postures or variations, whilst keeping the structure of a sun salutation as your guideline. X
