Feeling the effects of sitting at a desk all day? Well this is the class for you! The best way to release and mobilise our upper back is through flexion & extension, and also rotation. We will be combining these movements with some fun (and perhaps slightly challenging) transitions and shapes. X
We spend SO much time on our hands in our yoga practice, and if your wrists are weak or not particularly mobile, this can easy lead to discomfort or pain. This short class focuses on strengthening the wrists and forearms, so that hopefully you can move through your practice with a bit more ease. X
