Whether you’re experiencing back pain or not, this class is still hugely beneficial for everyone. Back pain can often be a result of tight hips & hamstrings, as well as lack of movement and mobility, so this class will be perfect to rectify that. X
Yoga for a Healthy Spine – 25 Min
This class will work the spine through all of its ranges of motion; flexion, extension, lateral flexion, & rotation, to help keep it healthy, hydrated and happy! X
Tension Release – 25 Min
Check in and de-stress with this slow, relaxing flow to soothe your mind and body anytime you need to unwind. This sequence moves gently through your whole body to soften some of the most common places that hold tension throughout the day, such as your jaw, neck, shoulders, hips, glutes, and hamstrings. X
Courageous Flow – 25 Min
In need of a of dose of courage? This short but sweet yoga class will get you in touch with your inner strength through grounding, flowing and empowering core work. In this practice, you’ll explore new transitions with courageous fierceness, get out of the head and into the body! X
Side Body Blaster – 15 Min
When we think of “core strength” we often just focus on the anterior (front) core muscles. But when it comes to support, definition, and function, it is just as, if not more, important to focus on the side body. So here is a little 15 minute blaster for you to do anytime, and hopefully come back to repeatedly! X
Upper Body Bliss – 60 Min
Are you carrying pain in your upper back, shoulders or neck? If so, this is the perfect class for you! This gentle yin yoga class will help you to open and release tight and sore muscles in the upper back, shoulders, and neck while improving your overall health and mood. Breathe, allow the props to do the work and support your total upper body realignment. X
Rotation Station – 25 Min
Lots of twists that will light that fire in your belly, as well as release and lengthen the spine. X
